Office 2003 SBE Upgrades

Is is possible to use the Access 2003 upgrade with Office 2003 SBE, Microsoft
mention that Office XP SBE is counted but does not mention Office 2003 SBE.

No. that would be a cross-grade, not an upgrade. Microsoft doesn't do
cross-grade. You need the standalone version, which sells for about $100
less than Office Pro 2003 upgrade.
