Office 2003 SE did not update my old Frontpage 2000

I had an old version of Frontpage 2000 on my computer and when I installed
Office 2003 SE, the Frontpage hasn't been updated to Frontpage 2003.

What went wrong and how can I fix it?

Nothing went wrong. No version of Office 2003 contains FrontPage. How do you
fix it? I think even you can answer that...
