Office 2003 Service Pack 1

I have written an application and as a part of the
installation process, I need to find a way to
programmatically verify that Office 2003 Service Pack 1 is
installed. I'm not finding much along the lines of
documentation of a "sure-thing" file or registry entry to
look for. Any suggestions?

Run the Word application via automation and check the
Application.Version & Application.Build properties.
