Office 2003 Service Pack 1

I keep getting prompted by Windows Update to install Office 2003 Service Pack
1, dated 13 September 2005. But everytime I agree it runs through and fails.
The info given doesn't really answer any questions as to how or why this is
happening. Anyone any ideas. Not exactly promoting the easy to use aspect of
Windows update...
