At the time of this post, Service Pack 3 (SP3) for Office 2003 DOES NOT exist.

Are you 100% sure that you have Office 2003?


Your post, however, suggests that you have Office XP Professional and Microsoft FrontPage 2002. Is this
correct?

You are correct. It is Office XP Service Pack 3. Tried to install from
downloaded automatic update and still same failure.
