Office 2003 Service Pack 3 won't install

Office 2003 Service Pack 3 will download but not install. The msg says that
the download won't install gives no reason why. I tried to find a solution
but no luck. Anyone has a solution?

Mary,

I finally got Office 2003 update to install. I read the second article you
posted. I read the last paragraph "Troubleshooting" and I repaired the Office
installation on my computer. Thanks for your help.
