Office 2003 Service Pack 3

I have a Vista machine with Office 2007; I do not have any Office 2003
applications on this PC except an active FrontPage 2003 installation.

Windows update automatically recommends that I need to download and install
Office 2003 Service Pack 3; yet when I look at the details of this SP3, I
find it refers to other Office 2003 applications only and does not contain
anything on FrontPage 2003.

So why does Windows recommend I install this SP3?
