Office 2003: Shift-9 (bracket) Issue...

Hi,

I have a client within my organization who has a problem inserting
brackets within Word 2003 documents and Outlook 2003 new email
messages. Sporadically, when she hits Shift-9 to insert a left
bracket "(", she receives a left and right bracket "()". This does
not occur all of the time, and appears to be profile specific.

I have attempted to recreate the clients' normal.dot - This did not
resolve the issue.

Could this be a problem with an Office setting? A physical keyboard
problem?

Hi Dave,

It's possible that she's simply hitting the 9 and zero keys
quickly or that there's a Word autocorrect entry.
