Office 2003 Shortcut Bar

Has the shortcut bar been removed from Office 2003? It
doesn't seem to be included in the beta. I've had a good
look through the add/remove components section and
couldn't see it. I'd be annoyed if it has gone, even
though I know it was an optional feature in recent
versions. Ever since early versions of Office, it's been
my preferred method for opening most aplications on my
computer. I always have a nicely organised toolbar with
everything in neat categories. I want it back. :(
