Office 2003 Shortcut Bar

I was also a big user of the Office Shortcut Bar. But
when I went to Office XP and Windows XP I started using
the Quick Launch Bar in Windows and find it much better
and easier and takes no space out of the window. You can
add all you had in OSB to Quick Launch

You are absolutely correct. Yesterday, after removing my installation
of 37MB of XP Shortcut only over Office 2003 coupled with removing of
Office 2003 and re-installing same, I also decided to use Quick Launch!

Jim, that's wonderful, I'm glad you like the Quicklaunch bar.

But I hate it and there are clearly a lot of Office users who want the
Office Shortcut bar back. Microsoft needs to be responsive to their
customers and make it available. It's only an option, it's already
written, this should be a "no brainer", just do it and keep [all of] the
customers happy. Remember, "the customer is always right".
