Office 2003 should be embossed in blue if I am using Royale VS

Office 2003 should be embossed in blue if I am using Royale Visual Style
(known as Media Center Style.). and the User Interface should not be grayish.
I want embossed blue that matches Royale. Would you please add this feature
so the other users who uses Media Center Style might be happy to see this.
And please include this feature in the latest service pack of Office 2003.

I've hope that you've release Office 2003 SP3 with embossed energy blue
feature that matches royale. I am not using Windows XP Media Center Edition
2005, but I am using Windows XP Professional SP2 and I download and install
Media Center Style without installing Windows XP Media Center Edition 2005.
