Hi there,
Just a few questions.
I've copied the office 2003 installation onto my network and created a
MST to add customisations to the installation. This works fine and i
can get it to install using the group policy.
The package is setup as published and when the user click on the
application icons (word, excel etc). The installer box loads up as
expected. I need this to be a silent install and not require any
interaction from the user.
The user is presented with a couple of dialog boxes. These are
Name: asks for the name of the user. It applies the organisation name
and product key from the MST
Installation option: It asks the user do they want to upgrade, remove
or carry out a custom install. How can i get it to do a upgrade
automatically? When i click upgrade the custom config is in there.
Any tips on how i can solve the above problems?
Much appreciated
John
