Office 2003 - sku1e3.cab

I've tried to install tle latest Excel update for my
Office 2003 (german) and failed because I didn't have the
CD at hand.

Now I can't start Excel anymone. Install routine pops up
and requests a "sku1e3.cab" which does not exist (not
even on the CD).

Who can help?

This error is likely occurring because there was either not enough room on
your hard disk to copy all the installation CABs or you choose to remove the
cached CABs at the end of the installation. This message is being presented
because the Windows Installer needs to verify that the correct version of an
updated file is on your local hard disk. You could try to install the full
file version of the update from the Office Resource Kit at
http://www.microsoft.com/office/ork/2003/default.htm. Typically, the full
file update does not require the CD.

I tried this and am still receiving this error. How do we
get this resolved? Can we download the CAB files somehow?
