Office 2003 SP 1

When attempting to accomplish an install of a previously downloaded Office
2003 SP 1, I get the following error: "The Following Updates Were Not
Installed" with Office 2003 SP1 listed. I have tried this update numerous
times. Any suggestions? Thanks, Kelly
