I have been trying to install the "short" version of Office 2003 SP 2 for a
week now. It downloads but will not install. Been in contact with Microsoft
support, did thier "reasonable" Suggestions, still won't install. It will
take 509 min to download the "long" version of the update. This is just not
acceptable. Make the Office 2003 SP 2 avail on a CD, "PLEASE".... I've really
had enough of trying to install this office SP 2, Burned up over 15 Hrs. of
my ISP time, Come'on Microsoft,,, You're a big outfit,, you must have a
solution to this problem,,, It's your product!!!!
