office 2003, sp1 failure, cannot install or uninstall

Help Please, I have installed the 60 day demo of Office 2003, all was fine
untill i tried to update to SP1, the download failed half way through, I can
not open any programmes in Office nor can i delete, as the warning says only
part of the SP has been downloaded. I have tried downloading the update again
but i'm told its already downloaded. Also I constantly receive a warning that
the MSI must be launched from install !!

Hi Peter, Its only been installed for week, The most annoying thing is i
cannot use Word or any other office programme! I would be quite happy if i
could uninstall and re-install office XP.
