Office 2003 SP1 - Finally got it to work!

Like a lot of other posts, I was getting the "File Not
Found" error, despite inserting the Office 2003 CD as
asked, and even downloading the Admin version of the
update.

Finally, I had an idea... and it actually worked. Instead
of inserting the "Office 2003" installation CD as it was
asking, I inserted the "Publisher 2003" CD. It worked
like a charm!

If you have different components of different CD, maybe
try those.

I had the same problem! Seems it was looking for a file on my Outlook 2003
CD, not my Office 2003 CD. When I put in the Outlook CD it worked without a
problem.
