Office 2003 SP1 - Handwriting Features

Hi All,

In the process of install MS Office 2003 Pro in our corporate environment
(MOLP).

I am unable to find the "Handwriting" feature under the Office Shared
Features - Alternative User Input on our Compaq Tablet PC's. Only "Speech"
is present.

Yet, when I use the same Office 2003 Pro CD to install Office
2003 on workstations and notebooks, the "Handwriting" feature is there.

What am I missing?
