Office 2003 SP1 installation was successful

I used Office Update, when done,it then has a box, I clicked "Finished", &
the website has said it was successful when I returned. Do I have to do any
clicking on .exe files (which I cannot find). Or is it set and ready, when
using this prompt to install the Update?
