Office 2003 SP1 Upgrade

When I try to upgrade to SP1 I get an error message
saying that the update procedure cannot find the file
sku1e3.cab and to insert the installation disk. I have
done this but this file does not exist on the disk.

I upgraded my Office 2000 SB with Office 2003 Microsoft
Home Use Program.

How do I upgrade?? Your tech articles suggest that file
B21654A.exe will expand the cab files but this does not
exist either.

Can you help me??
