Office 2003 SP1

Microsoft Update wants to install Office 2003 SP1, but my Office
programs already have SP1 installed, according to the About Box in my
Office programs. The KB article describing this update is from July 2004.

How do I get rid of the shield icon displayed in my system tray that
tells me updates are ready to install?
