Office 2003 SP2 and dll

Our program is written in VB6. One of the functions is to specify a .doc and
open it with a help of an adaptor.
It worked perfect till Office 2003 SP2. We can’t debug it because as an exe
it does very good. Problems come when we make a .dll. Clients get ‘Run Time
Error’ and only with SP2.
Do you have any ideas?
