Office 2003 SP2 and MUI's

I am trying to setup some autometed installs for differnet parts of the world.
We want to use a base of Office 2003 Pro SP2 in English then install the
appropriate MUIs

I understand that SP2 modifies the MUI. Is there a version of the MUI that
already has the changes made the same way there is a version of Office that
has the SP2 already in it?
