Office 2003 SP2 conflict with OWC9

We've had to delay deploying Office 2003 SP2 as this includes an update to
OWC11 which conflicts with OWC9. After installing the update OWC9 Pivot
Table is unable to conect to queries; reinstalling the previous version of
OWC11 solves the problem.
Anyone else seen these issues?
