Office 2003 SP2 Excel & Word hang on HTML paste

Since upgrade to SP2 version of Office 2003 my Word and Excel applications
hang when trying to complete a HTML paste operation of data copied from a
web page. The problem only happens while I am connected to the Internet. When
I disconnect from the Internet, the paste operation completes. This does not
occur if I paste as text. It's a problem with the SP2 upgrade because it did
not happen with SP1.

I've seen others with this problem on the Internet so it is not Isolated. Is
someone at Microsoft reading this? Any suggestions, hotfixs, work-arounds,
registry hacks? It is very annoying.

OS: Windows XP SP2, Home
Hardware: HP a610
AV: Norton Internet Security 2005
Dialup Connection

I'd check my temporary cache. If it is full you will have failures when you
copy/paste. In Internet Explorer, tools, Internet Options, delete files.

I'm pretty sure this is a bug or other software issue. The cache is clear and
it did not happen in the pre-SP2 versions of Office 2003.
