Office 2003 SP2 install error

Tried running SP2 install and received the following error:

Error creating process <C:\Documents and settings\"my user name"\Local
Settings\Temp\IXP000.TMP\ohotfix.exe>.
Reason: INDOWS\System32\advpack.dll

Anybody have any ideas?
