Office 2003 SP2 won't run

I have tried to install the latest update, and it won't run. It says the
expected version was not found. I am running Office 2003 Professional, and
this is a new computer. It was just installed last week, and I have run the
repair installation option. Any ideas?

Did you install Office 2003 from a CD, or how?

Was this an upgrade from Office XP? (I know you said it's a new computer,
but didn't know if you were upgrading Office).
