Office 2003 SP2

What's with the Full download of Office 2003 SP2? It's not supposed to ask
for original CD's according to Microsoft but still does ask for every
original CD involved in the Service Pack????

I can see that now. But the Microsoft web site specifically says to download
the full version if you "don't have access to the original disks" or have
trouble with the short file.
