Office 2003 SP3 and clipboard

I had SP3 installed, and now every time I press any of these buttons on the
keyboard, it puts a full screen image into my clipboard. I can press:
- insert
- home
- end
- delete
- page up
- page down
- arrow up
- arrow down
and I get a full screen image in my clipboard.

So when I highlight text on one page of a document and COPY (doesn't matter
how I copy), then PAGE DOWN to go to the page I want to paste it, it pastes
that full screen image instead.

How do I turn this off in Clipboard, since its causing no end of problems
just trying to edit a document (this happens in whatever Office product I am
in, as well as email, notepad, etc.
