Office 2003 SP3 Errors

We have a series of errors after applying Office 2003 SP3. One of the most
significant ones is that Word crashes if we have a company wide DOT file in
the Startup folder. This DOT file has a lot of important autotext that all
users need. So far we have not found a solution. We either have to remove
the DOT file (or rename the extension) or we have to start Word in Safe
Mode.

Has anybody come across something like that and has found a fix?
