Office 2003 SP3 Fails, Asks for FrontPage Disk

I have MS Office Professional Edition 2003. Got the shiny package and
installation CD in my hands (CD is one of though very holographic gold
MS CD's). This is a copy purchased via the "Home Use Program" that I
qualified for via my employer.

This comes with:

Word 2003
Excel 2003
Outlook 2003
PowerPoint 2003
Access 2003
Publisher 2003
InfoPath 2003

It does *_NOT_* come with Frontpage.

When I attempt (this has been going on a long time) SP3, it always
fails with:

INSERT THE 'MICROSOFT OFFICE XP PROFESSIONAL WITH FRONTPAGE' DISK AND
CLICK OK.

Since I don't have that disk, it didn't come with that disk, I can't
insert it. The only recourse is to hit cancel which of course ends up
with a:

Failed....

So, how do I install SP3 completely to get past this bogus FrontPage
requirement that didn't come with the version of Office that I
purchased and installed?

It appears that this computer had at one time had the Office XP
Professional Plus FrontPage on it.

The following article (and download) from Microsoft, appears to have
fixed this.

http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-us;290301

This tool removed that info from the system which was being seen by
windows update.

After running the tool on just that entry, windows update said I was
not updated. I didn't effect my installed Office installation though I
could have reinstalled if necessary.
