Office 2003 sp3 install error 0x8007066F

I have been tring to install this update for several months with no luck. I
have done everything that was suggested in the article as well as performed a
clean boot and redownload & install still failed. I even uninstalled Office &
reinstalled stiill fails. Any ideas i have spent way to much time on this. I
have even tried to install each update one by one but they also fail. the
error message is excepted software not found. What? it does not make any
sense.

Error 0x8007066F suggests that you are infected with some sort of Malware. Run a few
on line malware tools along with Anti Virus and use the following 2 as well.
