Office 2003 SP3 update fails : Error Code: 0x92D

Hi,

I have attempted to install Office 2003 SP3 update several times, and each
time it fails with Error Code: 0x92D

I am running Windows XP SP2 with 6GB free space on the hard drive and have
installed all other critical updates.

Any suggestions appreciated.
