I receive the following errors when attempting to update to Office 2003
service patch 3 on my Windows Small Business Server 2003.
Event Log Message from SERVER01 at 12:10:16 PM Error Event 1023 in the
Application log From MsiInstaller (User domain01\Administrator)

Product: Microsoft Office Outlook 2003 - Update Office 2003 Service Pack 3
(SP3): MAINSP3 could not be installed. Error code 1603. Additional
information is available in the log file C:\Documents and
Settings\Administrator\Application
Data\OfficeUpdate12\Temp\OU_MSI_519505_(00002).log.
Event Log Message from SERVER01 at 12:10:14 PM Error Event 11731 in the
Application log From MsiInstaller (User domain01\Administrator)

Product: Microsoft Office Outlook 2003 -- Error 1731. The source
installation package for the product Microsoft Office Outlook 2003 is out of
sync with the client package. Try the installation again using a valid copy
of the installation package OUTLS11.msi.
Does anyone have any idea as to what the problem may be. I performed the
same update on my Windows XP PC without a problem.
