Office 2003 SP3 White Paper now available

The official Office 2003 SP3 White Paper should be available very soon from
the official Office 2003 Resource Kit website
(http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/ork2003/HA101494521033.aspx) but in the
meantime I've been told it's o.k. to provide the document to end users so
I've posted a copy of it at my OfficeForLawyers website.

As soon as it's up at the Resource Kit site I will be removing it from my
site and just linking to the page at the official site.
