Office 2003 SP3.

Just need verification that MS Office 2003 SP3 from here:

Is a cumulative update and includes SP1 & SP2 ?
.... and thefore don't need to install SP's 1 & 2 to a fresh install of Office?

If you install SP3, you won't need the earlier updates.
