Office 2003 Step by Step Book

A CD ROM came with this book that has practice files but
each time I try to install them I receive this message:

1607: Unable to install InstallShield Scripting
Runtime

Any help or suggestions to get these things installed? I
am trying to learn Office 2003 but neither the software
nor the book is much help if I can't install the practice
files.

If you do not get an answered here and if your Step By Step book is a
Microsoft Press book, look in the front of the book for information on
getting help with the book and CD-ROM {it is in the front of MS Press book I
have on a different subject}.

to see if there are known issues.

Are you installing this on a Windows 2003 server or
Virtual PC?
