Office 2003 Student and Teacher Edition

Confused in Peoria

I bought and installed this software quite a while ago. I have all the
updates for XP and Office 2003. I get error messages any time I try to open
files. I have yet to be able to use my software. I get messages that my
anti-virus is blocking the files, but it's not. Or I get messages there
isn't enough memory to open the files, which isn't true. Anyone know what I
need to do to remedy this???
