Office 2003 Student and Teacher Fatal Error

Couldn't use PPT and needed to repair or reinstall Office 2003 - tried both -
can not find ZF561407.CAB and gives me a fatal error during reinstallation.
Is there any way to fix the problem, could the .cab file be missing from the
CD? Totally puzzled. Thanks
