Office 2003 Student/Teacher - can I install on more than 1 compute

I currently have Office Student and Teacher Edition 2003 installed on my
desktop PC (running on XP Home Edition SP2). My son now has a new notebook
(running on Vista) and we would like to be able to install the Office 2003
suite onto his notebook. However, I'm not sure whether this is allowable.
The back of the CD case states "Install full versions of the latest Office
products on up to three of your home PCs." but in the guide booklet it states
the following: "To help reduce software piracy, the Office 2003 Editions use
the product activation system, which allows your copy of the Office 2003
Edition to be installed on only one computer." The statements seem to
contradict each other.
Does anyone know if it is OK (legitimately) to install my Office 2003 onto
his computer?
Thanks in advance for any help you can offer.

Read the EULA from the Office install you already have and I think you
will find that you're limited to three installs on three computers for
that version of Office. The EULA is the only thing that counts. Open any
Office program/Help/About Office Microsoft Office .../View the End-User
License Agreement.

Open any Office application and go the Help, About. Click on the link to the
End User License Agreement where you will find the installation limits.

In brief, If your copy of Office 2003 Student and Teacher is retail (not
pre-installed OEM) you can install on up to three home computers for
non-commerical use. After you install on your son's computer use the
Activation function for internet activation. If there is a problem, you will
be referred to a Microsoft number. A brief call will correct the situation.
There is no cost for activation problem calls.
