Office 2003 (Student/teacher) uninstallation

A few weeks ago my laptop crashed, and I want to install Office 2003 on my
new computer. However, I know there are a certain number of installs on
different hard drives allowed so how can I get rid of the product activation
from my laptop hard drive in order to re-use the key at a later date?

Its the number of PC's it can be installed on and in use not the number of
installs. You can install as often as you like.
Uninstall on old pc & reinstall on new - if old is no longer running it
doesnt matter
