I need to know it for my work..
I had found something on the microsoft website but that
was no longer available on the site, so it didn't help me
really.

Now this is slightly odd. The minimum requirements for 2003 are
significantly lower than those required to run either Windows 2000 or XP. As
2003 will only run on 2000 (SP3) or XP, how do they know it will run on a
system with a 133MHz CPU, when neither OS will, so they cannot possibly have
tested it.

Just my 2p's (ex.VAT) worth.

And the US site requires a faster machine than the UK site. I've already
reported this to my Office contacts, along with a bunch of weird/broken
links.
