I weighed office 2003 and 2007 and it was a no brainer to purchase 2003 over
2007 because 2003 includes Outlook for my neice who is going to college this
fall. Microsoft allowed me to purchased Office 2003 for students and teachers
and emailed me a key, but all download links off of the microsoft web site
for Office 2003 standard / teacher student either do not work or re-direct
you to Office 2007. So now I am out $150 and the key does not work with 2007.
This is a crock! How do I find a link to Office 2003 standard / teacher
student trial that works?

suuport.

Microsoft customer service is there 7 days a week but not 24/7. Did you
check the email with your number for any contact info. I suspect it's not
from Microsoft but a company contracted to handle the sales.

I'm not sure, Marcus, but I believe the Student edition is the same as the
regular Office, so you should be able to just download Office 2003, install
using your key, and should be good to go.

As I said, I'm not sure, but it should work.
