Office 2003 "theme" stuck on classic type look

Office 2003 windows/colors have taken on a "classic" look (grey, washed out,
similar to Office 2000, etc) instead of the default XP "Blue" look after
working normally for quite some time. This affects all office 2003
applications. The troubleshooting steps Ive take so far are:

Changing the system theme and colors
Logging on using a different user profile (issue seems machine specific, not
user specific)
Reinstalling Office 2003

This is the second time this has happened to me. Any thoughs would be
appreciated.
