Office 2003 to 2007

My office will soon be migrating from Office 2k3 to 2k7. I have a
workbook we use A LOT and it is macro filled. It communicates with
Access, starts emails in Outlook, calls other files (pdfs, word
documents, etc.) and some other stuff. How much work is it going to
be to convert this to 2007? I have spent almost a year perfecting
this workbook and I don't want to have to start all over again.

Please tell me I'm panicking for nothing.

Well, in my experience almost everything keeps working. But it heavily depends
on your code and what it does.
Be prepared to do quite some UI work if you have extensive commandbar
customisations though.

You may want to ask the IT folks to be one of the first to do the migration--and
even keep both versions on your pc.

Even simpler would be to ask for a test pc with office 2007 on it so that you
can test as much as you need, but still be able to run as much production stuff
as you need.
