Office 2003 to Office 2007 upgrade

Hi - Xp home SP2 running Office 2003. Purchased Office 2007 and was told I
needed to remove all Office 2003 programs prior to Office 2007 install.
Advise, please??

Which version of Office 2007. Also is it an Upgrade or a Full Retail version

Your Office 2003 is what version ???

Also I suggest that you install Windows XP SP3 before doing anything
