Office 2003 Toolbar Buttons

The buttons on the toolbars in Office 2003 are so very
hard to see. They are not clear and crisp like
2000/2002. Is there a way to change the look back? I
tried via "Display" in Control Panel, but no luck.

No, sorry - you can always try one of the Theming sites to change
appearances, StyleXP comes to mind.
