having problems finding the Toolbar for Office 2003.

for you too?! Tell me the reason you couldn't have Googled through 4 hours
worth of posts?! Apart from sheer asinine laziness, of course, because

Well there is progress after all - an organisation I used to work for
insisted that bloody thing was installed on all machines. ugh how I hated
