Hi,
I recently downloaded some powerpoint presentations for Outlook 2003
training, from the MS Office website
http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/templates/CT011559511033.aspx They
are calendar sharing, inbox management and dealing with junk e-mail. I
was looking for some more general training excercises, we have users
who cannot attach docs to e-mails and ask EVERY time they need to.
Another common problem is users getting confused when navigating
around drives, eg. not realising the difference between saving a
document to 'my documents' or to a network folder. Some general XP and
office training would be extremely beneficial. Does anyone know where
I can obtain something similar to the powerpoint presentations?
