Telephone activation for the Trial CDs of Office 2003
isn't supported at present and a number of the Office 2003
new features are based on either local network or internet
connectivity. You may want to talk with your company
admin if this is a corporate setup on being setup to
accomplish this or to see if the company has an
MSDN Universal subscription. That would include Office 2003.

I see many posts on the subject of activating Office 2003 trial but have not yet found a definitive answer for my situation. I need
to activate from within a corporate network - bypassing the proxy server and firewall is not an option. Is there really no way I can
evaluate this product? >>
